Natural Beauty Lesson three


1.For acne free healthy skin, avoid spicy foods and eat lots of salads, juices and fruits. smoking should strictly be avoided.

2.For a healthy hydrated skin, moisturizing is so important. you can choose a water based moisturizer if your skin is oily.

3.Clean your face regularly to keep it free of acne and grime. it is advised to keep a soap-free face wash handy while traveling
